Mamshit was a thriving caravan stop along the Incense Route, featuring well-preserved streets, plazas, and impressive ruins of homes, public buildings, and water systems. Walking through Mamshit offers a glimpse into the ingenuity of desert settlements and the life of the Nabateans who once inhabited this harsh, yet mesmerizing region.
